yes, i love my husband very much but this post goes to miss ella kerrington.
i had the pleasure of spending the week of spring break with her at her house. i flew up to dallas monday around noon and spent the week playing, napping, laughing with her, covering her in kk kisses... oh, it was the best. week. ever!
we (mom & myself) took her shopping and out to eat almost every day. she would be such a ham and generate quite an audience wherever she was. we enjoyed all the comments like "oh she's just so cute" and "what a personality she has". i actually might have pretended she was mine all week :)
we did discover that miss ella is A LOT like her aunt kk, stubborn! i would put a bow in her and she was just as determined to take it out. we went through that on a daily basis until i finally surrendered to the 10 month old!
at every stage i say 'this is my favorite age so far' but i honestly think that 10-11 months is SUCH a fun age. she is walking everywhere, talking constantly, giggling, making funny noises, and always wants to be moving.
i was very sad when i had to fly home saturday and leave precious ella, but i was missing that cute hubby of mine and those sweet paisley smooches.
a wonderful thing happened while i was there staying the week.... lacey and mark sold their house with one day on the market. they are building a beautiful house in trophy club on a very large lot starting in may! i am so happy for them. now, they just need more kids to fill up that beautiful house. :)
ella kerrington, your aunt tay kay misses you horribly! i can't wait to see you in 3 weeks. i thoroughly enjoyed spoiling you rotten while your mommy and daddy were in New Orleans on vacation. maybe we can do it again next spring break!
