But meanwhile, before I had gotten the comforter back Monday, I was blowdrying my hair for work and saw Paisley go from laying sound asleep on our bed to a dead sprint to her hiding spot in the closest. (she has a hiding spot when she gets in trouble in the closest under a rack of clothes) I immediately knew she had done something wrong... and on my bed! Yepp, sure enough, Paisley had tee teed my bed in her sleep. I don't know if it was that she was so wornout from the weekend or what, but it soaked through 4 layers of bedding... thankfully stopping before it got to our high dollar mattress. At this point, I'm already running late for work because after not getting in bed until almost midnight, I had overslept. But alas, I washed all of the bedding and everything is back to normal now... maybe? What is normal??
Needless to say, when her daddy found out... he sent her running back to the closet!
***UPDATE***
When I first wrote this blog, I obviously had not done everything in my power to save the "wedding present" comforter. My wonderful mother in-law, knowing I'm in despair, called a friend who had retired from the drycleaning business. His advice was to take the comforter to the laundrymat and wash it in the largest tub. After all, what did I have to lose if I ruined it? So off to the Unfortunantly I cancelled the beautiful comforter that is linked above. I don't have an excuse for wanting it now... Although my hubby said I could still get it, I sacrificed it in the name of saving $200. Good for me :)
So just a word of advice to anyone who has puking/peeing dogs in the house.... don't dryclean it! Save your money and just take it to the local laundry mat

Ohhh my -- she sounds like a mess!! My pup ate my library book, and that was the most horrid thing she has done along with a few, or a ton, accidents here and there! We still love them though :)
