Happy 3 Years!

Happy Anniversary to Casey and myself today, November 10th! Three years ago I married my very best friend!!! Poor guy didn't know what a bumpy road ahead we were going to have, but he hung in there. Those first 10 months were definitely the hardest with all of the health issues we endured together; but if our relationship can survive that test, I think we can face anything together. I am so lucky to have him in my life... he works so hard at work 7 days a week, helps around the house, loves me unconditionally, loves our dear paisley like a child, has put up with my career changes several times, listens to me vent about 7th graders, grades papers, and the list goes on and on. He's awesome!

Casey, thank you for the best years of my life... I look forward to many many more. I can't say "thank you" enough though to both of our parents for setting an amazing example of what a marriage looks like for us to follow. Both Christian, caring and supportive... we love you!

My sister sent us a card with our wedding verse on it... thanks Lace, it was perfect!!! Corinthians 13:13
Inlaws sent us $$ for a 'nice' dinner. Don't think anywhere in Gonzales has dinner for $100. :)

And I loved what my mom wrote in the card she sent us. It said "a wedding anniversary celebrates love, trust, partnership, tolerance". PERFECT! Many days, I think each of us have understood the "tolerance" part... but that's what it's all about. At least we know that each day isn't going to be roses! Just always remember to make up before you go to sleep and always kiss each other goodnight!
