the third weekend in april casey and i went to hamilton for dad's 21st annual tent sale. for those of you not familiar, once a year in april higginbotham's (dad's store) sets up a tent with tons of flowers, great deals on grills, patio furniture, etc... and they give away hotdogs & sodas. it's pretty much a family tradition to attend tent sale, although the past couple of years have been harder to get to so i was very excited to be able to make it this year. that same weekend lacey and mark had a wedding and were working on packing up their home (to move to the apartment while the house is being built) so we got to keep miss ella. we had a blast playing with her. she is such an easy going kiddo and LOVES to be outside. she did great at the tent sale even though she hadn't had a nap or lunch... she never once got fussy! of course everyone loved getting to see her and i thoroughly enjoyed hearing how much she looked like her aunt kk.
